She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Piper and Anna Piper (Shimkanon); her husband Andrew M. Mizur; and her siblings, Carol Ann Piper, Jane Kratzer and Donald Piper.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard Mizur (Nancy), David Mizur (Ann) and Michael Mizur; her granddaughters, Cyndee and Angela; and her great grandchildren, Chelsea and Dustin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
