She was predeceased by : her parents, Lear J. Penman and Emma Penman (Rhodes); her husband James S. Horn; and her brother Bill Penman. She is survived by : her children, Jim Horn of Catawissa, Deb Horn of Catawissa and Wendy Pratt (Harry Rhone Jr.) of Catawissa; her grandchildren, Janelle Neidig (Bradley) and Mason Rhone; and her great grandchild Wyatt Neidig.
