It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Girton of Catawissa, Pennsylvania, born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph A. Girton and Ida Belle Girton (Faux); and his children, Sheila R. Labate and Rodney R. Girton. He is survived by : his wife Joyce M. Girton; his sons, Gary G. Girton (Mary) of Bloomsburg, Douglas A. Girton of Orion, MI and Edward C. Girton of Pottstown, PA; his sister Shirley J. Adams of Danville; and his son-in-law John Labate. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
