It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William G. Vactor of Cecil, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Matilda Vactor (Wormsley) and James Vactor; and his siblings, James, George, Harry Vactor, Lucille Murphy and Mildred Veale.

He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Wheeler Vactor; his children, Bonnie Gambino (Charles) and Jacob Gambino; and his sister Margaret "Peggy" Vactor of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
