William F. Smith Jr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William F. Smith Jr. of Center Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Sr. Smith and Frances C. Smith (Reiley) of Hopewell Township; his father-in-law Richard J. Helfrich, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Richard J. Helfrich, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Coleen Smith (Helfrich); his children, Matthew A. Smith and Emily L. Morris (David M.); his grandchildren, Delaney Jayne Morris, Dominic William Morris, Gabriel Michael Morris, Zachary Richard Morris and Cameron David Morris; his siblings, JoAnn F. O'Hern (Paul), Robert C. Smith (Melanie) and Joseph B. Smith (Lynn); his mother-in-law Lois A. Helfirch; and his sister-in-law Dawn Helfrich. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Tatalovich Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. - Monaca (3475 Brodhead Rd, Monaca, PA 15061). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tatalovich Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Center (3475 Brodhead Rd, Monaca, PA 15061). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (115 Trinity Dr, Aliquippa, PA 15001).
Memorial donations may be made, if so desired, to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Foundation.
