He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kilian and Elizabeth Kilian (Stout); and his siblings, Stephen (Marion), Carl (Mary), Sam, James (Mary), John (Cathy), Gladys, Dorothy (Joseph), Betty (Melvin) and Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria (Diehl); and his siblings, Jake (Elise), Robert (Barbara), Elizabeth (Tom), Mary and Ruth (William). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joe's memory to Lehigh Valley Hospice Cedarcrest.
