He was predeceased by : his father George R. Smith. He is survived by : his mother Marian E. Smith (Grove) of Spring Mills; his children, Andrea N. Smith of Centre Hall and Hayden P. Smith of Centre Hall; his brothers, Terry R. Smith (Audrey) of Centre Hall and Martin S. Smith (Diane) of Aaronsburg; his nephew Matthew I. Smith (Kelsey) of Dumfries, VA; and his great-nieces, Nora and Lainey Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family requests that all those attending Pat's celebration to please wear a mask regardless of your vaccination status while inside the building and social distancing is not obtainable.
