He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Yates (Kraus); his children, Robert "Bobby" Yates (Vickie), Brian Yates (Kathy), Belinda "Dawn" Heiser and Marissa Alexander (Mark); his stepchildren, William A. Scott (Mary), Sharon Scott-Arkuszewski and Jeffrey Scott (Lori); and his siblings, Ross, Eunice and Audrey Yates. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
