She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Carey and Thelma G. Carey (Schuchman); her son Bradley B. Kriner; and her brother George "Twerp" Carey. She is survived by: her husband Richard R. Kriner; her children, Larry D. Short, Jr. of Chambersburg, Pamela A. Neidigh (Robert) of Blain, PA, Kimberly Caldwell of Waynesboro, PA and Michael R. Kriner (Tammy) of Chambersburg; and her siblings, Charles Carey of Orrstown, PA, Judy Yohe of Shippensburg, PA, Richard Carey of Shippensburg, PA and Geary Carey of Chambersburg. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
