She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Eugene "Gene" Burgess Born; her parents, Emory G. Snyder and Mary Margaret Snyder (Wilt); her siblings, Frank Snyder, Vernon Snyder, Margaret Bussey, Elsie Cress, Bertha Griffin, Helen Heacock, James Snyder, Ellwood Snyder, Mary Ruth Anderson, Carl Snyder, Phyllis Lafferty and Olive McKinney; and her grandson Christopher Fox.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jennifer Taylor, Dustin and Michael Fox; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Brealynn and Alexander Taylor. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
