He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Fischer and Janice Fischer (Ubil). He is survived by: his wife Janice Yerkes Fischer; his children, Micah Fischer (Kim) of Hampstead, MD, Hannah Sandham of Cleveland, OH, Zachary Fischer (Sara) and Benjamin Fischer of Maryland; his grandchildren, Joshua Fischer, Alex Fischer, Zuzu Sandham, Isabella Fischer and Clara Fischer; and his siblings, Cindy Fischer-Gatto (Lou) and Bruce Fischer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (2475 McCleary Dr, Chambersburg, PA 17201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Norland Cemetery (2295 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
