She was predeceased by: her parents, Eber J. Rife Sr. and Catherine Rife (Cosey); her husband Lester D. Fortna; and her siblings, Kenneth Rife, Gerald Rife, Eber Rife Jr., Jay Rife and Gladys Meyers.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Chilcote (Jeffrey) of Chambersburg, PA; her grandson Shawn Chilcote (Shelly) of Orrstown; her great grandchildren, Easton Chilcote and Faith Chilcote; and her siblings, Helen Reed, Joyce Myers, Gary Rife, Marvin Rife and Marlin Rife. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
