He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Theodore and Mary Edith Smith Williams, Sr.; and his siblings, Richard, Thomas, Eugene, William "Bill" Williams and Ruth Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Ann Knaub Williams; his son Mark Williams (Karlen); and his sister Martha Yohn. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
