She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles E. Fisher and Catherine Williams Fisher; and her siblings, George Fisher, Carrie Hughes, Virginia Myerly and Robert E. Fisher, Sr..
She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" R. Voegel, Sr.; her children, William R. Voegel, Jr. of Hustontown, Cynthia A. Miley (Doug Hartzok) of Chambersburg and Angela L. Franklin (William) of Shippensburg; her grandchildren, Katelyn Miley (Albert Lemineaux), Caleb Voegel, Jacob Voegel (Alex Ritchey), Samantha Franklin and Austin Franklin; her great grandchildren, Brynlee, Cainan and Koleson; and her sister Sylvia Brown of Hustontown.
