He is survived by: his children, Amanda Mae Toms (Kyle Hill) of Fayetteville and Charles Anthony Toms of Chambersburg; his brothers, Mike of Chambersburg and Brad Toms of Chambersburg; and his nephew Travis Toms (Lindi) of South Carolina. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
