She is survived by: her children, Donna Rae Alexander of Ocala, FL and David L. Purnell (Susan) of Chambersburg; her grandchildren, Mandi Maloney (Sean), Brady Purnell (Kendra), Richena Purnell-Sayle (John David), Kyle Purnell (Kelsy) and Erin Dela (Carlos); her great grandchildren, Seamus Maloney, Lillian Purnell, Oliver Purnell, Waverley Sayle and Poppy Purnell; and her sisters, Alice Davis (Benjamin), Shirley Lehman and Lois Blair.
