She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred N. Blair and Mary Ann Keebaugh Blair; her husband Raymond Leroy Purnell; her grandson Lynn Purnell; her sisters, Louise Mower, Mary Jane Naugle and Darlene Blair; and her half-brothers, Harold and Donald Blair.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Rae Alexander of Ocala, FL and David L. Purnell (Susan) of Chambersburg; her grandchildren, Mandi Maloney (Sean), Brady Purnell (Kendra), Richena Purnell-Sayle (John David), Kyle Purnell (Kelsy) and Erin Dela (Carlos); her great grandchildren, Seamus Maloney, Lillian Purnell, Oliver Purnell, Waverley Sayle and Poppy Purnell; and her sisters, Alice Davis (Benjamin), Shirley Lehman and Lois Blair.
Viewing was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home (333 Falling Spring Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202).
