We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2023, at the age of 72, John P. Paterra of Charleroi, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Paterra and Virginia Cavanaugh Paterra; and his sister Patty Kolodychak. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Musial Paterra; his sons, Kevin Paterra (Rebecca) of Mt. Lebanon and Tim Paterra (Jessica Wellington) of Mt. Lebanon; and his brothers, Frank Paterra and Tom Paterra. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials in John's name be made to the Knights of Columbus Council #956 c/o Thomas Nutting Financial Secretery 705 11th St., Charleroi, PA 15022.
