She is survived by: her parents, Kathleen Bannerman (Brady) and Norman Mitchell Bannerman; her son Jeff M.; her wife Nancy Moffett; her daughter Judy L.; her spouse Sam Lewis of Wilmington, NC.; her grandchildren, Mary Odenwelder, Northampton Moriarity and Dawn Moriarity; her great grandchildren, Amanda Odenwelder and Samantha Odenwelder; and also Allentown.
