He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Taliaferro and Alice Cooper Taliaferro. He is survived by: his wife Susan G. Kersch; his children, Kelli Lynn Steindl and Hillary Christine Chan (Alvin); his stepdaughter Grace Kerschensteiner; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Ryder Steindl, David, Annabelle and William Chan; and his sisters, Joan Berry (Charles) and Connie Berry (Kenneth).
