He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Agnes Bresnahan Phillips; his sisters-in-law, Mike Bresnahan of Butler and Esther Carosi of Florida; and his daughter Betty Ann Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Dominic Phillips and Anna Juiffre Phillips; his children, Mary Jo Farone (Joseph) of Chicora, Mike Phillips (Sandy), Barbara Kiley (Theodore), Patricia Carli (Dominic) of Kittanning and Connie Bearfield (David) of East Brady; and also Sally Bresnahan of Butler. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law.
