Eugene Langan Jr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Langan Jr. of Chinchilla, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Sr. Langan and Madeline Langan (Morahan); his brother Paul Langan; his parents-in-law, Maurice Sr. and Mary; and his brothers-in-law, Maurice Ruane Jr., Thomas Ruane Sr., Frank Lisk and Don Hill.
He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Ruane; his children, Eugene M. Langan III (S. C.), Thomas A. Langan Sr., Gerald M. Langan (Linda) and Sarah Ann Davis (Bruce); his grandchildren, Thomas Jr., Brendan, Kevin, Colin, Nathan, Lexi, Gerald Jr., Melissa, Julia, Andrew, Eugene IV, Sean Langan, Tara, Katie and Matthew Davis; his siblings, Michael (Marianne), Gerald (Fran) and Mary Ann Brennan (Thomas); his sister-in-law Pat Langan; and his parents-in-law, Kathy Hill, Jo-Ann Ruane, Sally Lisk, Patrick Ruane (Gloria) and Rita Janoski (Hank). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Gene's life for family and friends will be held at a later date due to COVID-19.
