He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas R. Hirst and Miriam R. Watson Hirst; and his sister Wanda H. Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy R. "Dotty" Shee Hirst; his daughter Vicki Donaldson of Lancaster; his grandson Blake Donaldson; and his nephew Chase Johnson.
