He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen B. Doan and Marion H. Lennon Doan; and his siblings, Clarence V. Doan and Joan Fogarty. He is survived by : his spouse Marylyn St. Clair Doan; and his sister Marion F. Kane (Dallas). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
