He was predeceased by : his brother Donald Hafner. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ann Hafner (Bauerle); his daughters, Kelly Cherepko (Steve) of Elizabeth and Kristen Peterson of Whitehall Borough; and his grandchildren, Logan Cherepko and Kyli Peterson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

All visitors to the funeral home must wear a mask at all times. During this difficult time, please sign the family register book, visit briefly with Richards' family, respecting the social distancing rules for gatherings and take leave so that others may do the same.
