With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Seman of Clairton, Pennsylvania, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 9, 2021 at the age of 52. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa Seman to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by : her parents, John J. Lockhart of Bridgeville and Ethel Pearl Bittinger Memmo of Clairton; her children, Mathew David Lockhart of Irwin, PA and Anastasia Nadine Seman; her stepson Stephan Seman (Kara) of New Eagle; her siblings, Mary Celeste Broker of Clairton and John Paul Lockhart of Clairton; and her pet Lexi.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs.
