It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Teresa Zaffino of Clarendon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Frank J. Zaffino of Clarendon and Linda Carter Ford of Russell; her husband John E. Dase; her daughter Brittany Ann Bradshaw (William Horn) of Centerville; her siblings, Scott Zaffino of Nebraska, Karen Zaffino of Arizona and Pamela Steinkamp of Warren; her grandchildren, Addison, Lillian, Hannah and Weiland Dase; and her sons, Adam Dase (Katie) of Kane and Zachariah Dase (Rebecca). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggest memorial donations be made in memory of Teresa name to Paws along the river, 212 Elm St. Warren, Pa 16365.
