She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard M. Uncapher and Harriet Ruth Uncapher (Sherry). She is survived by: her husband John R. Foulks, Sr. of Paul's Lutheran Church; her friends, Patt, Mary Ellen, Beverly, Barbara and Joyce; and her children, John R. Foulks, Jr. of Shippenville and Sherry J. Foulks of Corsica.
