It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Gordon Clowney (Clarion, Pennsylvania), born in West Homestead, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 23, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon Clowney and Mary Naschak (Elizabeth Clowney); and his siblings-in-law, Albert Walter and Nellie Durney. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Walter; his daughter Rebecca Tracy of Clarion, PA; his grandson David Mendlowitz of Fairfax, CA; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Doyle (Lexington Park, MD), Alberta Sabo of Munhall, PA and Marlene Walter of Munhall, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
