We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2020, at the age of 64, Nellie Stiffy of Clarion, Pennsylvania, born in Callensburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John F. Bowser and Nellie T. Kellerman Bowser. She is survived by : her husband Charles C. Stiffy; her sons, Rodger A. of Clarion and John C. Stiffy of Clarion; and her siblings, Thomas J. Bowser Sr. (Kathy) of Parker, Eugene "Geno" Bowser Sr. of Parker and Margie A. Dawson (James) of Rimersburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
