He is survived by: his wife Letty Wetherill; his sister Sandra Derr of Willow Grove; his sister-in-law Carolyn Ruppenthal of Charlotte; his children, Kevin (Christy Johnson) of Silver Spring, James (Stacie Grassano Ruppenthal) of Melbourne and Melissa Ruppenthal Kozik (Jeff) of Moscow; and his grandchildren, Nate Kozik, Annie Kozik and Hazel May Ruppenthal. He is also survived by husband, physician, father, brother, grandfather, colleague and friend.
