He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron D. Phillips and Lois A. Phillips (Farnham). He is survived by: his siblings, Atty and Dawn Kimberly Cianci (Mark); and his cousins, Carol Angwin, Taylor and Sandra DeMany. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, a great-niece and a great-nephew.
