It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lance Philips (Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Byron D. Phillips and Lois A. Phillips (Farnham). He is survived by : his siblings, Atty and Dawn Kimberly Cianci (Mark); and his cousins, Carol Angwin, Taylor and Sandra DeMany. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, a great-niece and a great-nephew.
