He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Sr. Prenni and Erma L. Blasin Prenni; his stepmother Stella Prenni; and his stepsister Linda Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Tina Prenni-Igo (David) of Indiana and Mark Prenni (Annie) of Longmont; his grandchildren, Bryce Zimmerman of Wintersville, Tristen Zimmerman (Zoey) of El Paso, Rain Igo of Indiana, Jake, William and Laine Prenni of Longmont; his sisters, Esther Ciocca (Gilbert "Gibby") of Saltsburg and Elsie Ashbaugh of Saltsburg; his stepsister Emily Blea (Gary) of New Mexico; and his half-brother David Prenni (Debbie) of Littleton.
