He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Kenneth Shook and Myrtle L. Shook (Derr); and his sister Ruth Ulsh. He is survived by: his wife Helen Williams; his children, Annette Bezri (Bob Garrett) of Williamsport, Susan Vanorder of Williamsport, Bernard Jr. and Amber Shook (Haught) of DuBoistown; and his sister Vicki Fleury (Paul) of Clarkstown.
