He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn A. Anstadt (Miller); and his parents, Jean Anstadt and Elizabeth Anstadt (Bender). He is survived by: his children, Rebecca A. Yerg (Chad) of Hughesville, Eric L. Anstadt (Rebekah) of Mifflinburg and Brian J. Anstadt (Brooke) of Hughesville; his grandchildren, Abby, Luke, Charlotte, Silas, Allison, Connor, Ella, Katie and Kilee; and his sisters, Elizabeth Downey (Bernard) of Huntersville and Jeanne Anstadt of Loyalsock Twp. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.

The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions may be made in Lewis's name to Consolidated Sportsmen of Muncy Creeks, C/O Dale McClintock, 660 Clarkstown Road, Muncy, PA 17756.
