She was predeceased by: her former husband Jay A. Garver; her parents, Harold N. Wasson and Mary Adaline Wasson (Miller); and her brothers, Marion Eugene Wasson, James Wasson (Carol), Jack Wasson (Garnett) and Kenneth Wasson (Janet).
She is survived by: her children, Jayne A. Garver of Harrisburg, J. Anthony Garver (Meg) of Roaring Spring and James A. Garver (Kara) of Claysburg, Pennsylvania; and her sister-in-law Brenda J. Garver of Williamsport. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sorge Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (422 N Juniata St, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the First Presbyterian Church (601 Walnut St, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648).
