He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Feathers and Sara Feathers (Weaverling); and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his children, Joseph W. (Christy Feathers) of Martinsburg and Nicole L. (Shawn Thompson) of Claysburg; his grandchildren, Jacob, Ethan Feathers, Alyssa, Kaylee and Peyton Thompson; and his siblings, Crystal (Gareth Eckman) of Osterburg, Neil (Gail Feathers) of Alum Bank and Michael (Miriam Feathers) of Alum Bank. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
