He was predeceased by: his son Brandon. He is survived by: his parents, David B. Milligan Sr. and Shelia Calderaro; his children, Curtis, Josh, Kylie and Miley; his sisters, Michelle Swoope and Kimberly Ann Tall (Martin); and his siblings' children, Ashley Milligan and Shane Swoope.
