She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hurtack and Pauline Hurtack (Pintus); and her brother Michael E. Hurtack, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Julia Doughty (Gene) of Ellwood City and Barbara Kennard of New Castle; her brothers, Nicholas Hurtack (Margaret "Peggy") of Philipsburg and Eugene Hurtack of Philipsburg; and her close friend Ronald Powell of Clearfield.
