He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Hess and Catherine Hess (Padisak); and his brothers, Mark Stephen Hess and John Schaeffer. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Hess (Wisor); his sons, Joshua Hess of Clearfield and Zachary Hess (Christina) of Ligonier; his siblings, Kimberly Carlson (Mike Kassab) of Clearfield, Robert Hess (Susan) of Curwensville, Cheryl Gilbert (David) of Grampian and Douglas Hess of Clearfield; and his granddaughters, Caylee, Zoey and Josie.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and current outbreak situation, there will be no services held at this time.
