He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bernice Welker (Maines); his children, Laurie Fletcher (Paul) of Shiloh, John Welker (Tracey) of Shiloh, Teresa Welker of Shiloh and Justin Welker (Amy) of Shiloh; his grandchildren, Josh, Garrett Maines, Ashley Welker, Veronica Aughenbaugh, Abigail Welker and Dominick Welker; his great grandchildren, Wesley Maines and Hailey Feather; and his brother Ernest Welker of Shiloh. He is also survived by three step brothers and one step sister.
