She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery C. Maines and Evelyn B. Maines (Duttry); her husband John V. "Jack" Spencer; her daughter Jennifer Spencer; and her sister Barbara Merritt.
She is survived by: her children, Leeza Spencer (Jeremy), Tiffany Maines (Daniel Maines) of Woodland, PA, John Spencer of Bigler, PA and Vincent Spencer (Sheila) of Houtzdale, PA; and her sister Nancy English (Ronald) of Houtzdale, PA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
