Ruth Wooster Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2021, at the age of 97, Ruth Wooster of Clearfield, Pennsylvania, born in Snow Shoe, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar C. Leigey and Mary Leigey (Blair); her husband Samuel Frederick Wooster; her daughter Lois Knepp; her grandson William Brian Read; her great grandchild Joey Steinbach; and her siblings, Earl 'Sonny', James, Patrick, George Leigey and Evelyn Royer.
She is survived by: her daughter Billie Jean Steinbach of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis School Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield, PA, 16830.
