He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hugar Sr. and Helen Hugar (Bingman); and his brother Geary Hugar. He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Hugar (Gill); his daughters, Jody L. Albert (Michael L.) of Weatherford, TX and Torie Hugar (Gary Sanker) of Clearfield; his grandchildren, Courtney Tims, Brandon Albert, Kaden Albert, Sophia Sanker and Stella Sanker of Clearfield; his stepgranddaughters, Samantha Sanker and Emily Sanker of Clearfield; his great grandchild Madison Tims; and his brother Kenneth Hugar, Jr. of Keewaydin.
