He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Kephart and Bervella Kephart; and his granddaughter Sharon Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Betty Finney Kephart; his children, Donna Chapman (Irvin) of Portage, Garry Kephart (Pamela) of Osceola Mills and Debra Yarger (Mark) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Sheila Chapman Stombaugh of Portage, Stacey Kephart Haas of Port Matilda, Rev. Matthew Kephart of Philadelphia, Dr. Eric Kephart of Hollidaysburg, Dr. Curtis Kephart, Chelsea Yarger of Harrington and Micah Yarger of Ambridge; and his sister Velma Taylor of Deltona, FL.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
