He was predeceased by: his parents, David F. Sr. Underwood and Elizabeth Hutzler Underwood. He is survived by: his children, David F. Underwood III (Kathryn) of Orange County, NY, Rachel E. Brown (Patrick) of Quarryville, PA, Dustin Underwood of Coatesville, Krysta Underwood (Erik Sandoe) of Downingtown, PA, Madison Underwood of Coatesville and Kaden Underwood of Coatesville; his grandchildren, Ryder Underwood and O. Sandoe of Arizona; and his sister Rachel Marrero (Mario) of Coatesville.
