She is survived by: her spouse Edson Forbes; her children, Kimberly Hernandez (Raul), Pamala Forbes and David Forbes (Amber Carlisle); her grandchildren, Ryan (Emily), Nicholas, Myles, Aiden, Kaitlyn, Riley, Cameron and Madison; and her great grandchildren, Sienna and Rhys.
