He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Jr. Gallagher and Grace Irene Gallagher (Burleigh); and his daughter Andrea Gallagher. He is survived by: his children, James Gallagher IV (Carla) of West Grove, PA, Cathy Palazzo (Mike) of Raleigh, NC, Shelby Gallagher of Los Angeles, CA and Corey Gallagher of Hatboro, PA; his grandchildren, Hailey, James, Annabelle and Evie; his sister Kathleen Hutton of Cochranville; and his sibling's children, Jenny Krikstan and Doug Hutton (Jeanne).
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wilde Funeral Home (434 Main St, Parkesburg, PA 19365).
