He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph B. O'Hara and Helen Keenan O'Hara (Sondinger); his granddaughter Savannah Shaw; and his stepsister Josie Cunningham. He is survived by : his stepfather Edward O'Hara; his wife Clare M. Keenan (Forth) of Collegeville, PA; his children, Lauren M. Rich (Howie) of Boston, Mass, Eric Keenan of Bridgeport, PA and Lisa D. Homan (Seth) of Collegeville, PA; his stepchildren, David Shaw (Janette) of Phoenixville, PA and Jacalyn Bleuit (Jon) of Gilbertsville, PA; his grandchildren, Delaney, David and Shay; his brothers, Joseph, Michael (Geri) and Edward Keenan (Carol); and his stepsiblings, Edward O'Hara and Ethel Bauersmith (Robert).

Masks and social distancing will be required.

“Dennis is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. When I was having health issues this past summer he was texting me every week to see how I was doing. I worked with him at KWE and although he was my superior he always treated me as if I was a good friend. We always stayed in touch even though we hadn’t worked together in over 10 years. The subject was usually golf: his first love, and our kids. Sincere condolences to his family and friends.”
