He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Ed and Helen Green Ed (Alber); and his son Brian Green. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Green (Boone); his daughters, Lauren Green and Meredith Pinault (Damian); his sister Pam Shuman (Betty); Deborah Montgomery (Matthew), Timothy White (Crystal) and Jennifer Burke (Christopher). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
