He was predeceased by: his father Paul B. Cook, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Cook (Hastings); his wife Suzanne L. Cook; his children, Reilly Cook, Sydney Cook and Noah Cook; his brothers, Paul Cook (Leigh) and Jeffery Cook (Katie); his parents-in-law, Richard and JoAnn Romano; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Wells (Ray) and Michelle Gehman (Todd). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
